Taking Control of Your Production — From Factory to Shipment
Production coordination & quality control you can trust
Many European companies design strong products but manufacture them in China — without having a physical presence on the ground.
And that’s exactly where risks arise: miscommunication, quality issues, delays, and unexpected costs.
My role is clear:
I am your eyes, ears, and problem-solver on the factory floor.
Not by counting boxes after the fact, but by actively managing the production process before things go wrong.
At Juliano Solutions, we help businesses take control of their production with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
Producing abroad comes with challenges:
miscommunication, inconsistent quality, limited transparency, and a lack of control on the ground.
Without the right structure, small issues can quickly turn into costly problems.
That’s where we add value.
We act as an extension of your team — your right hand and your eyes on the ground — ensuring your product is manufactured, inspected, and shipped exactly as agreed.
The Production Process — And Where It Often Goes Wrong
Design & Handover
The product is designed in Europe and transferred to the factory.
In practice, specifications are often incomplete or open to interpretation.
This is where the first mistakes occur.
We ensure that:
specifications are clear
expectations are explicitly aligned
the factory truly understands what is required
Pre-Production Sample (PP Sample)
The factory produces a fully developed initial sample.
This becomes the reference point for the entire production run.
👉 If this sample is not 100% correct, everything that follows will be wrong as well.
We ensure that:
the sample fully meets all requirements
deviations are corrected before approval
there is no room for interpretation
Quality Control (QC)
Inspections are essential — but inspections alone are not enough.
We organize and oversee:
during production inspections (inline)
final inspections
clear acceptance criteria (PASS / FAIL)
The goal is to identify issues early, not at the point of shipment.
Shipment
Discovering problems at shipment is:
too late
expensive
stressful
Our approach ensures that shipment is not a surprise, but confirmation that everything is in order.
How We Work in Practice
1. Setting Clear Expectations
reviewing specifications and materials
formalizing agreements
preventing misinterpretation
2. Production Follow-Up
monitoring production schedules
verifying material usage

selecting the right inspection moments
defining clear checkpoints
applying objective PASS / FAIL criteria
4. Problem Solving

identifying root causes (not just symptoms)
enforcing concrete corrective actions
5. Transparent Reporting
clear and structured updates
no noise, no surprises
honest and action-oriented

Our involvement doesn’t stop at delivery — we think ahead with you
Our Inspections
First Article Inspection (FAI)
We verify whether the initial production meets your specifications and quality standards.
This allows issues to be resolved before mass production begins, setting the right foundation.
Start with control.
During Production Check (DPC)
Quality defects are identified early while production is still ongoing.
This gives enough time to take corrective action and keep the production line running efficiently.
Safeguard quality.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
The final quality check before shipment.
We verify:
-
product quality
-
quantity
