Design & Handover

The product is designed in Europe and transferred to the factory.
In practice, specifications are often incomplete or open to interpretation.

This is where the first mistakes occur.

Pre-Production Sample (PP Sample)

The factory produces a fully developed initial sample.
This becomes the reference point for the entire production run.

👉 If this sample is not 100% correct, everything that follows will be wrong as well.

the sample fully meets all requirements

deviations are corrected before approval

there is no room for interpretation

Quality Control (QC)

Inspections are essential — but inspections alone are not enough.

We organize and oversee:

clear acceptance criteria (PASS / FAIL)
